Returns can brought to our store at 26 Church St, Mudgee 2850. Please ensure you have a receipt or digital proof of purchase with you.

To arrange a postal return, please email us at info@cedarcicada.au and we will walk you through the process.

Please note, sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

In the rare case that an item arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo and email us at info@cedarcicada.au and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Please be sure to alert us of the fault within 30 days of receiving your item.

Unfortunately items that have been custom ordered such as select lighting, rugs or furniture are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Returns are still eligible outside our 14 day term period, however you will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card or store credit.
